Raised for the victims of the Boston bombing.

We just want to take a minute to thank each and every one of you for the outpouring of support and contribution to the victims of the Boston tragedy.  We know that in times like these it can be difficult to know how to lend your support.  Through this project you have all made a difference.

For those that don’t already know, in the wake of the Boston Marathon tragedy  Steadfast Brand, Inked Magazine, and Boston’s favorite sons, Dropkick Murphy’s created limited edition products to benefit the victims.  We are donating 100% of the proceeds to the band’s official charity The Claddagh Fund.  The money will be distributed to the victims of the bombing and we are proud to say that as of this date we have collected $21,725.97.

It’s amazing to see what the tattoo and punk rock industries were able to raise in a matter of a few days.  We realize these events leave lives forever changed and only want the victims, as well as their families, to know that we were all effected by the actions that day.  We are with you Boston.  We are Steadfast

Steadfast Sponsored Musician :: Drummer Ryan Woodruff

We met Ryan almost a year ago at the Detroit Tattoo Expo and we are super stoked to have him on the Steadfast Brand team!

Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Ryan Woodruff has dedicated the majority of his life to drumming for various bands in Rock City’s flourishing local music scene.  “I played in rock bands, punk bands, hardcore bands, a reggae band, and I even played with a handful of hip-hop artists” says Ryan.  “I didn’t care what genre of music I played back then I just wanted to learn and grow as a musician.”  Ryan grew up listening to an extremely diverse range of music, but he credits the adrenaline-fueled sound of punk bands like Lagwagon, Ten Foot Pole, and Millencolin for truly igniting his passion as a drummer.  Over the years Ryan has built himself an impressive resume of accomplishments, his favorites being: Sharing the stage with The Ataris and MXPX, judging the Guitar Center: Drum Off, playing the Van’s Warped Tour.  Ryan currently resides in Sioux Falls, SD and was former drummer of the Sioux Falls pop punk band “More Than Enough.”  In his free time, he is continuously looking for new projects and artists to play with and has done some work as a session drummer.

Support Tattooed Military

There is a push to ban visible tattoos in the military. It is okay for a soldier to lay down their life, but being tattooed is viewed as simply unacceptable. We do not agree. And so, 25% of proceed of every military shirt sold will go directly to the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) because all soldiers –tattooed or not–deserve our support.  This gesture will never measure up to what they sacrifice for us, but we are aware and we give a damn.

Longtime friend and contributing artist Gunnar has spent thousands of hours drawing to develop his unique style.
